Even quotas for all CSMs, ramp quotas for new CSMs, a real opportunity to make good money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything about Nextiva has been positive for me. I love the encouragement and support, the balance between working hard and having fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart but humble, confident but open-minded. Also really positive and motivating. Robb Bashore is possibly the best sales leader I've worked with in my 30 years in telecom.
