What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are good people who try to make the environment better by suggesting things to lighten the daily stress.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I'd like the autonomy and latitude to provide support, per what the business needs, not what my executive leader's OKRs say.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My overall team is funny and light hearted. For the most part we are all similar ages and pretty much at the same career levels.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Sharing the needs of the business, touting the wins and creating inspiration through the losses. They need to have a different perspective in viewing Nextiva's workforce. This is an entirely different company than it was 18 months ago.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

At my level and per the market today, having bonus as apart of the total comp package is the baseline. Having minimum competitive pay, no bonus and working over 40 hours per week does not make one feel engaged.
