The first couple weeks are rough getting acclimated, which is true of any new job. There is A LOT of self-training and videos which is good from disrupting other works but hard when trying to get up to speed quickly. A lot of time is spent figuring things out for yourself.

Communication and eager to work well as a team on all my teams, I am very lucky

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is VERY communicative, collaborative and invested in my well-being as an ee and a person. She handles an executive issues that may arise on my|our behalf so that is amazing.
