What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is encouraging and supportive and helps each other out when people are having problems or struggling with aspects of their work. I like everyone that is on my team which is a nice change.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I had a very competitive compensation package, which was at market rates. Moving to Nextiva meant I got a pay rise from my last job which was appreciated as I have more experience and a family to support now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that everyone wants to be there, and likes working there, which means that everyone comes into work with a good attitude and means that even if we have to work late when we are on a big project, everyone is still in a good mood.
