Really good base rate, plus a competitive commission structure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the building and the offices, it makes it a nice environment to work in and I enjoy coming to work every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As part of my interview process I met with quite a few different staff at varying levels. It was great to get to interact with a good cross section of the company, rather than getting interviewed by HR and one manager. It gave me a good understanding of what the company is about.
