Interacting with my coworkers. My team has several meetings on Chime throughout the week and it's nice being able to talk to everyone instead of just using IM

Everyone on my team has a very collaborative mindset. We all work together and I've never been part of a team more willing to lend a hand and help, if needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
During this work from home time, the company has managed to do Spirit Weeks and virtual marathons, and that's really helped to continue the sense of culture even while not in the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely seem to care about the well being of all the employees. It's clear they believe in the company's goals and products as well, which in turn makes me care more about the goals and products.
