I enjoy my job and my coworkers. I feel undervalued as a department as the company tends to reward the front of the house positions and not necessarily see work back of the house is doing. I do think that they are generous to employees in general.

They constantly communicate and generally are generous to the employees.

Fast based and rapidly growing. Generally work well with most departments.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers make me happy. I know we are going to work together to make whatever needs to happen done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is bonded. They are all hard workers and we truly like each other and look out for each. We enjoy working with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like some of the departments behind the scenes are not necessarily viewed with the same respect or regard as sales positions. It is demotivating at times.
