well considering that a group of us from 3 towns decided to work for autozone due to being open more holidays and less pay, we will all be no call no show. hope you all enjoy your thanksgiving with family.

anyone can sell parts. don't need knowledge that's for sure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
doing work of merchandiser and told thats not productive so no pay increase. only sales are productivity
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
lack of motivation being told you are not worth a pay raise , makes you feel worthless. only sales count remember
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
everyone is quitting due to no cost of living raises, the greed of the company being open on holidays that other companies are closed.
