The constant communication from my recruiter, Mikala. She's top-notch! I also met with my C suite leader as part of the final process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High deductible and PPO options. The high deductible plan is free with HSA that is contributed to by Pendo. Great parental leave, vision, and dental are free as well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative. I've been a part of some great teams, but as a unicorn, rocketship- you name it! We are all in it to win it and ready to help each other as we navigate explosive growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team isn't just faces and names that we know. They are approachable, care about the well-being of the business and Pendozers. We have opportunities to interact with them on several levels. They are open and transparent, and collaborative.
