The team is staffed with very bright and highly collaborative people. We've got each others back, which is quite important.

The focus and transparency on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is key which aligns with the Core values. The various affinity groups are fantastic!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is accessible and transparent. They're also very bright, and brought great experiences to Pendo to help shape and grow the company. They're both relatable and accountable.
What makes you most happy at work?
The company is driving fast, but, also emphasizes the need to "Respect Our Lives Outside of Work". Really important as it helps keep people fresh and energetic, so we can increase company value
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process I said was easy, as it was well organized. What I liked most however, was how stringent it was, as they truly want to ensure they hire the right candidates. Also, I interviewed with both CTO and Sr. VP of Engineering, loved that!
