I love to feel valued and like I have contributed to the overall well being of the company!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that there is such a tight knit digital community and we don't have to be in an office space to create it!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked getting to meet so many different perspectives, but I think for an entry level role it didn't need to be quite so many steps.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are amazing and I am impressed that they value working parents with paid time paternal leave. The rest of the world needs to catch up!
