Pendo's culture isn't anything like I've seen elsewhere. It's the culture that most companies want / say the have, but very few actually achieve. I put a lot of this down to the CEO - an open, transparent way of working that's keeps you accountable in a fair way. In summary, I feel like Pendo cares.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works hard to try and keep it fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I say it all the time - it's a 'default to help' mentality here which is amazing. The first thing people think of is how can I help, not how can I pass you on. That's almost everyone, which is a testament to the hiring process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in Europe, I feel like the benefits could be better based on what I see at other similar sized companies here. I think this will change in time though. In regards to stock, again, compared to other companies sales staff I feel like Pendo's stock granted is low.
