Being able to map out all the processes in place for the growing departments and teams.

I love the higher ups who are excited about getting their hands dirty and rolling up their sleeves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to interview with a lot of people and all of those individuals expressed and demonstrated the company's key values.
