I'm fairly new, but this has already been such a drastic improvement over my previous employers. I feel autonomous, but supported. I'm well compensated, and there are a lot of resources to access when planning out my career there. Diversity is something I'm keeping my eye on, but so far it's great!

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of women on the leadership team. They're also pretty accessible given the size of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick, and I was well prepared by the team themselves. I was set up for success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid parental leave, stipend. I also was offered more than what I asked for, as a show of how serious they were about bringing me on quickly.
