Strong values, great communication, and broad understanding, alignment, and buy-in for our mission and strategy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super passionate, happy to help out, strongly collaborative. Generally awesome people to work with, and many of my coworkers have become personal friends.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was well coordinated...I wasn't getting the same questions over and over again, each person that I met with focused on a different area of expertise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, honesty, doesn't shy away from tough issues. I'm proud to work at a company with leaders who live their values and encourage everyone to be better--both as employees/workers and people/humans.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No games here. People are paid fairly, raises and bonuses are super transparent and understood. It feels like the policies that are there to minimize complexity so we spend less time debating percentage points and more time doing work that matters.
