What did you like most about the interview process?
There are multiple stages so you meet peers, leadership, the CEO, as well as folks from other departments. It gives a lot of perspective into the inner workings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly and appreciate the open PTO policy - PTO is encouraged regularly to stay sharp and managers are proactive about making sure you take enough time for yourself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency and candor that comes from leadership. If a decision is made, it's common practice to talk about all steps that went into a decision making process - even if it's a hard/awkward conversation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Culture is incredibly important at Pendo - I appreciate that my team cares about both my personal and professional goals. We're a tight knit group that are quick to celebrate each other's successes or offer a helping hand for more challenging issues.
