I love the people. I feel comfortable and happy talking with my peers and management. The benefits are great (the only downfall there is that is no 401K matching, but I just put in a large percentage to downplay that issue). Flexible PTO puts a huge focus on employees physical and mental health!

We always try to find ways to get together and have fun (even over zoom these days).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are wonderful. My insurance is fantastic and mostly covered by the company. I'm finally not afraid to go to the doctor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pendo has affinity groups to celebrate women, the LGBTQ+ community, POC, etc. We also have trainings to help with unconscious bias. Overall, it is a very safe, inclusive place to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
While it was long, it was nice to be able to speak to so many people about their experience at the company before accepting a position. It is also great that our CEO interviews every person before they get an offer. It shows that he truly cares about what he is doing.
