Uncomfortable,I've had my privacy violated in the past by one of the managers and I've been targeted and harassed and my managers haven't scheduled me for any shifts for about a month because I changed my availability because I got a second job because my managers weren't giving me any hours

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way the staff works together to stay organized whether the managers are organized or not,management is the biggest issue at the organization,the manager in charge of scheduling has purposely not given me any hours for a month because I picked up a second job. I didn't quit nor put my 2 weeks in
