I have been working here for about 6 months but have been in the serving industry for 18 + years. There is alot of favoritism in this company with management. I work every weekday morning or I did but after coming back after having surgery I have now been taken down to 1 day a week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about my job is I'm making some money to provide for my family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone especially the people that has been here are for self they will barely help the new people when they have questions
