Pottery Barn – Order issue resolution was abysmal. Had part of an order arrive damaged. After 6 weeks, 4 phone calls, 3 Live Chats and 2 emails it finally ended with a pathetic resolution that I accepted just to be done with it. The final call was absurd, as the agent kept going back to a mgr.
