Worst company I've worked at thus far. Such a toxic work environment. AVOID and find another defense company to work for. I've worked for many before and their culture was soooo much healthier.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are so many useless meetings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So much work for a medium pay. Previous companies I worked for paid much better. I only chose Raytheon because I wanted a remote job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team does not defend you. They behave like they are not on your team. So unprofessional. Now I see why so many people quit each day.
