Our company is Large, so don't expect direct contact with most of the leadership team, but they are transparent and as an employee you know they are working hard to make the company better in all ways.

Salary is very competitive for my skill set in the industry.

Pay obviously varies, but compensation is more than just salary, we have 401K match plus another contribution to your 401K after 1 year of service that could be 2-4+ percent. We also offer a work schedule where you get every other Friday off.

The base salary is very competitive. Every other Friday off and the week between Christmas and New Years off is a great perk. Mid - level employees receive very little bonus but the base may make up for that in some cases.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is more work than could ever be done in a day or even a week. It's hard to put in 10 strong hours each day and still feel like you cannot get ahead or peak your head above the water.
