My relationship with my boss; and the actual work that I do day to day is enjoyable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My boss and functional leadership team are excellent. Some of the colleagues in adjacent areas could be more collaborative and respectful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The goals and messages are consistent from the top of the organization down to the bottom. There is an authentic drive toward and support of diversity - all types: i.e. different backgrounds, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is very competitive. Every other Friday off and the week between Christmas and New Years off is a great perk. Mid - level employees receive very little bonus but the base may make up for that in some cases.
