The lady under the GM at my location cuts hours for only certain employees. Also, they have a lot of drug use there. I went to clock in and there was a bag of cocaine on the floor. The lady who works under the GM scolded me for looking at my phone but allows others to look at their phone. S

There is nothing positive about my work environment.

Managers play favorites and there is a something wrong with comminucation.

They gossip and cause problems with no evidence without investigation from managers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
This location needs to be investigated as there is criminal activity going on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I come to work everyday but the managers will give me very minimal hours.
