the company has made so many changes in the last 5 months that are very unreasonable. Tip out it at 7% which is CRAZY. I am paying other ppl wages and tipping out way tooo much. Most days i walk with 10 percent of my sales. That's insane, I have been with the company for over 30+ years. DIGUESTED!

We don't have meetings. Too cheap to pay us for meetings

Communication, cleanliness of the restaurant, helping the kitchen at night time

Each store is different. Stop trying to run it into the ground.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
work with the proper staff and stop cutting hours. We cannot do 4 jobs and be taking care of our guests adequately
