Bluegreen Vacations: Enjoyable work environment. Not a good compensation plan for sales rep especially when compared to the other similar companies. Sales reps are promised promotions and pay increases that are never followed through.
MOD Pizza: I am a captain at one of the MOD stores located in Pennsylvania. I can surely say this is one of the funnest jobs I have ever had. I do not exactly enjoy coming in each day because of how short staffed we are. I would be more less stressed out if I felt we were getting paid our worth.

Squarespace: I love the autonomy. Egos are in check so people collaborate well and aren't cutthroat. Most importantly, I feel a real sense of work-life balance. I do feel an acute lack of inspiration and vision from leadership-it often feels as if we're catching up rather than innovating.
