HubSpot: Not the best - the 401K benefits/matching rates are poor when compared to other companies of HubSpot's caliber. I have been with HubSoot for 6 years and the low matching amount has never once been increased, which I think is shameful.
HubSpot: Being open to listen to different perspectives and try new things.
HubSpot: I do not feel undervalued.
HubSpot: My experience has been mostly positive. HubSpot is a great place to work and I am excited to work with my team every day.
Integra LifeSciences: In my experience at Integra, I have seen the company overcome disruption and still remains committed to maintaining a good culture. Although the company has made a lot of strides, there is still a lot of work to do to in certain areas and Integra remains committed to igniting change and doing so.

HubSpot: I've been here for a year. Joining during the pandemic was a little difficult, but they did their best to make me feel welcome and connect me with others in the company. I've worked on many different projects since I've started, which has helped me grow as a developer and member of the team.
HubSpot: This is the longest I have been at a job and I see so much in my future here, career-wise, knowledge-wise, and experience-wise too

HubSpot: Great company with really good benefits, culture and a big focus on DI&B. However, support employees seem to be always left behind and missing out on some benefits and perks. This should really be improved to allow support employees to enjoy and be able to attend all events.
HubSpot: It is a great company for work for, with even better people. The benefits are good, the only improvement I can say is with the 401k match, other than that I have loved my time at the company and I am excited to be here for many years.

RingCentral: Good benefits offered is one of the reason I like about RingCentral. While there is no 14th month pay, they manage to provide different stress reliever activities and open opportunities that will fit my skills/talent. They have yearly giveaways for tenured employees, but I'm not sure for this year.
HubSpot: I have just been at HubSpot for a few short months but have enjoyed so much about the people, culture, and my position.
HubSpot: I have been working at HubSpot for less than 6 months but I really wake up everyday excited to login to work. I see great opportunities for my career and I have a manager who is invested in seeing me do well. I like our mission as a company and feel I need to do my part to make it happen.

Everbridge: Not many opportunities to grow at other offices outside of Burlington and teams are silo-ed based on location. This makes its hard for people to move laterally, let alone vertically.
Everbridge: Been here for 13 years. Do not plan on leaving anytime soon.

Encore Event Technologies: Communication!!! Tell us when there is a delay in getting a product to us. Our constituents want to know. There is a problem with them listening and telling us if something wi,l work or not. They just ignore the questions. Then try to play nice!! Not professional at all!

Everbridge: Onboarding is lacking. Disconnected in the team. Unsure who people are, who does what, etc. but part of that is lack of onboarding. Also "priorities" seem to be a bit all over the place. Lastly, disappointed that they will be forcing vaccination. Health should be a choice.
