We have Employee Engagement Team who always conducts different activities to promote work life balance.

They make me feel important by constantly chatting with me even if its not work related.

When I know that I have a customer that I was able to help by closing a deal. I know I am making a big impact to their business and that makes me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of companies are paying their employees higher compared to RC. I've been with the company for more than a decade but the compensation I'm receiving is for the same level is who just recently started with the company is just 5K difference. Would you feel well compensated too?
