They're engaging, outgoing, and empathetic. I log into work each day knowing that though I'm remote, I'm going to feel like I'm part of a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is committed to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. It's something lots of companies talked about over the last year but talking to friends, HubSpot has really walked the walk relative to what other companies are doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Transparency they've talked about for the 3 years I've been at HubSpot really came through in COVID. I'm also a big fan of the AMAs they do regularly where they don't shy away from the tough questions.
