RingCentral: It's been great so far, from the people I work with to the work I do and autonomy I have. However... I'm used to working at a much faster pace though and it's been a struggle to get work done sometimes due to existing. bureaucratic rules.
RingCentral: It's been good so far, but could be better. I don't feel I was given an adequate 'job description' and so I'm not sure what my long-term role on my team is, or what my career path would be. I really feel I need that to feel more content in what I am doing at RingCentral.
UiPath: I really like UiPath and I would love to work here for the rest of my career.
Zendesk: Fantastic it's a solid place to work for matured people and very supportive environment for new people
CURE International: Challenging yet fulfilling and rewarding
Lumentum: Great people to work with and good technology. Hampered by inept management who is only looking for their buddies and cronies. Too much blame game and zero appreciation for the effort people put in. If the king (CEO) does not like you or what you have to say then you are gone in the next lay-off.

Avista: Frustrating. You can get involved in interesting projects with well qualified people yielding excellent work products, and then be completely ignored. At the same time you see the internal spin machine recognize projects of no significance or success.
Evolent Health: Great, lots of change, excited about the future

CVENT: It is been roughly 9 months and it feels way more than 9 months. Time has not stopped, rather it has been a super fast roller coaster ride and a fun one in that. Lot of guidance from senior management and experienced colleagues all around.
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: Terrible. I'm treated very poorly and the managers show me zero respect.
Vonage: A strong commitment to customers and employees
Merit Medical Systems: Micromanged to the point of being destroyed and dreading coming to work everyday. I question why I came here and why I stay. They make choices to hire employees that are totally against their own values/policies and then let their superstars go. No one understands the method behind the Madness.
TTX Corporation: I love it. I am constantly challenged, and I can see how the work I do makes a difference. I feel empowered.

Postmates: One of the best places that I have ever worked! The work you do here is next level and the support you get helps you feel confident that you will be able to tackle any new or unique problem thrown your way.
Square Yards: Awesome management/people and culture. Lots of opportunities to grow, learn and contribute. It was very challenging in the starting but it help me a lot and increased my confidence.
Magic Leap: Great at first. Lots of autonomy, visibly, cool work and cool coworkers. But good people mostly left, leadership is horrible, CEO is delusional, employees not empowered.
Dyson: It has had its ups and downs. I think Dyson needs to send some competent human resource people around to shadow those in every market to see what is and is not being done properly.
Jensen Hughes: Management and corporate executives disrespected engineers. Demands were high. Pay was low. The clients were mostly wonderful.

MOD Pizza: Overall good, good people, Good company, bad store procedures, break procedures, cleanliness, favortism, schedule changes, and environment when faced with orders.
Havertys: Very good and personally profitable
Gannett: Overall, it has been fantastic. Of course, there have been ups and downs. But the company has rewarded me with a good salary and benefits and has invested in me for professional training and THOUSANDS of dollars in legal review bills to run investigative stories.
Marco's Pizza: Owner and management need to represent care more about employees rights and stop violating them. These jobs are a necessity for making a living and nothing is handled properly as such. no communication.
RingCentral: 3 months of excellent experience, the office is full of good energy, encouraging colleagues at the office and also in every RC office.
MuleSoft: super friendly, very smart and skillful
CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer: Competent, supportive hiring manager that made the interview a conversation not an inquisition, nice recruiters.
eHealth: The lower level team is great. Not sure about the management. Particularly the middle management.

Cornerstone OnDemand: My really enjoy working for Cornerstone but sometimes I feel too alone surpassing the local issues. Pressure for immediate business results is too high and this erodes deal margins. In order to anticipate deals we are forced to increase discounts.
Square Yards: Your work speaks for yourself. Work environment is great. Your enthusiasm to self learning is respected and encouraged. There's less hassle in leaves.
Dynatrace: I'm constantly challenged in a good way. Our leadership team fosters that mindset and we all celebrate together.
Square Yards: Overall experience I would say Square Yards is a great place to work and people are treated equally. Incentives are great and work culture is nice and supportive. You can easily take leaves.

W.B. Mason: High level management--Start investing in the low level people that make your business run. Find a moral compass. Mid-Management--Start speaking up when things are immoral, unfair, and simply confusing. Reflect on why turnover is so high.
