Cornerstone OnDemand: I'm currently leaving. Overall the product I worked on seems to be in a downward spiral with a minimal amount of investment. Job security is a huge thing and I choose to leave because I didn't see a plan forward for my team to move to other product areas.

Sterling: My overall experience at Sterling has been positive. While I work hard and tend to work a lot of hours, there isn't a day that goes by that someone on my team doesn't say something positive or make me laugh. Any frustrations are equally matched by satisfying team interactions.
