Before you get a higher PELD level, you have to work for it for another year and the increase is still unclear. Moving to a different LOB is much more difficult.

RingCentral: There is a lot of potential for an employee to grow in the company but there is a lack of direction in terms of short and long term goals. This could be different for every team. There is lack of resources due to which employees can tend to burnout especially during Covid.

RingCentral: I want to clarify that the reason I don't socialize with people outside of work is because I am remote and Covid-19. My experience with RingCentral has been very positive. Time after time we see decisions being made to implement plans that are purely theoretical yet not functional at the operational level, causing a loss of work/life balance and good people to leave. Leadership works for/by itself and is not interested in feedback loops.
