RingCentral is generally a fun company to work to. I couldn't ask for more in terms of compensation and leadership direction. The only con I could think of is manager who micromanages us a team which makes us feel like she doesn't trust the team to deliver.

The people are all inclusive and respects one another

I like that they take extra effort in ensuring our safety during the pandemic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are aligned in terms of work and personal stuff. The only thing we don't like is how our manager handles the team. She clearly doesn't know how to handle people and would micromanage us as a team.
