Ring Central has been the greatest work experience of my career so far. I love being here. I could not be happier with my manager or my teammates. I am concerned about some of the HR policies (rating and ranking) that I see coming. It will stifle my ability to retain top talent.

My manager, followed closely by my coworkers and the teaming environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our work life balance is good but our competitors are offering more money for comparable jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team always comes together to take care of the customer and assist fellow employees. It is really a team focused environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great. Chad cares about the employees and works hard to support everyone on my team. The whole feels empowered and motivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team work. It goes beyond just my team. Not everyone is great at it but most of the time other organizations look to team with us rather than dump work or dodge responsibility.
