Very thankful of the opportunity that was given to me. I do hope that management will be true to their words when they say that if you are not effective in one segment we can transfer you to different team or segment. I just feel that the growth stop and I don't see any opportunities for me to grow.

uncapped commission which is by now easier to get something out of it

The work as one way of thinking is being acknowledge by everyone its now easier to work with other departments
