This year was a blast. My Manager and teammates took a shot on someone inexperienced but had a lot of grit and passion. That decision changed all of us in a sense that I was able to land a job I wanted to be part of. And they were able to get someone who was committed to do his 100%.

The team compensates if anyone lacks on a specific skill. We combine all our strengths to ensure that we cover the teams vulnerability and we work on making those cons turn into a pro.
