Overall RingCentral is a great company to work for. My team and local management are awesome and supportive. I do not feel that my direct manager cares for me or my well being outside of my ability to generate revenue. Overall, I am happy with the company and look forward to expanding my role.

They provide clear direction and have cultivated a culture of inclusion. It truly feels like we are all working to the same goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a true team, all working to the same goals. We support each other completely. It may be cliched, but we work hard and Play hard. We socialize outside of work hours and actually enjoy each other's company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to add value to the company and my team members. There is nothing like a job well done, even if you are the only one who knows about it. That is at the core of personal fullfilment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation for my primary role is fair. However, my specific situation and role has morphed into a larger role with more responsibilities. I trust that this will be taken into consideration in the near future and my role adjusted to be reflective of my duties.
