What I like best about the leadership team is their ability to communicate new initiatives.

What makes me most happy at work is the ability to do my work without being micro-managed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the ability to work cohesively during EOM/EOQ/EOY. I also like that we can have meetings without our manager being present.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at RingCentral is everyone is coming in to have a great work day. Everyone wants what is best for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my supervisor has repeatedly shown favor and groomed one member of the team for career development instead giving every member of the team an opportunity to advance. I would feel better if I received a raise in my salary.
