It's been good so far, but could be better. I don't feel I was given an adequate 'job description' and so I'm not sure what my long-term role on my team is, or what my career path would be. I really feel I need that to feel more content in what I am doing at RingCentral.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly bonus is nice - have never experienced that before. RSU, 401K contribution and ESPP are also very nice
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very smart, experienced, and willing to help. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response as folks are busy but nearly always someone is willing to help
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be competent and experienced executives who know how to lead the company in this respective industry (Unified Communications) which we are in. I respect and trust their decision making
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think there is a high bar for excellence, and I think that reflects well on the overall culture and how each individual contributes towards it with their work output, interactions, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Free lunch is nice :) The ability to learn and progress in my discipline as a Product Manager is great, I know I will become better by working here at RingCentral in that capacity
