WeWork: The day-to-day is chaotic but some of us thrive in that space so it's exciting and never boring. It's trying to move forward and have a career where I'm finding little to no information or support from management.

I was hired in for my experience and knowledge, but you get put in a box and rarely allowed to make your ow decisions. This is common complaint with my peers. Its nowhere near a team/democracy if you are looking for one.

SmileDirectClub: Promoted within the company after 3 months, continuous growth opportunities. Personally growth opportunities are endless as well.
Vertafore: They just insulted everyone with the raises and bonuses. Mine was 1% and not the lowest amount. It equates to 20 dollars a paycheck. We get 0 equity. They DO NOT care about their employees.
Vertafore: Compensation is below market value, benefits are expensive, and the bonus program includes many shifting goal posts.
Prime Therapeutics: It's hard to work in the healthcare industry. Aside from the CEO having a focus on winning new clients and he has less of an overall focus on improving the member experience, it's a great place to work.
CentiMark: Overall, I'm centimark thru and thru. But in this field you have to keep your Foreman and Hard workers, happy. Now this doesn't mean give them everything they ask for, but Pay them for the long hours and time away from their families. We work hard and some of Us don't take days off.
