The Aldo Group Inc.: Overall, my time there was not great. The only thing I could look forward too was my lunch. I did not hate the job itself, but rather the management, which made it horrible.

Ecova: I think the company is better than a lot of my other employers. They do a lot for their employees including company wide events, team events, small raffles, and they even do things like pass out mini pies on national pie day! However, I do believe their pay is a little skewed.
VSP Vision Care: VSP needs to get its act together. New leadership looks promising, although heavy load of old leadership is still worrisome. Stale leadership needs to be cut otherwise this company is unlikely to move the needle anytime soon.
Progrexion: Until the hateful coach got promoted to ops manager, I loved my job
Internet Brands: It really is a great place to learn and grow. However, you need to be very internally motivated because there is nothing to motivate you here. To get the most out of IB, take on as much as you can, learn as much as you can, then leave.
Amegy Bank: I’ve been supported and trained and motivated and heard.
DoorDash: The interview process is non-existent. Background check and MVR is the only thing they need. It's not a bad system, but potential employees might need additional vetting in the future if they are going to start taking business away from employees with proven trackrecords

Ancestry: It's been some of the most constructive and life building work I have ever done. I have grown as an employee and but as a person working for a company that values people even more than the dollar they make.

Best Western: employment is great the people and coworkers are great. The only issue i would ever have are with customers if they don't understand the 3pm arrival to give u a call. Every day is different the customer and lack of security is always the issue
