James and Jason are top notch however the rest of their team and mid-level management have a lot of work to do in order to capture top talent. Talented people will not work for managers that work to minimize their abilities.

One Digital: I worked at a carrier for over 20 years and this is my first position (and hopefully last) at a Brokers office. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made to leave the carrier to come work for OneDigital. As I stated before - I can just be my true self and a great job is rewarded!

One Digital: In a society where job tenure is shortening, it is common to have employees at OneDigital who work there for 5-10+ years. These are not worn down, undervalued, traditional types - these are happy, valued, experienced employees who also know the value of the company they work for.

One Digital: As someone who recently graduated college and starting working full-time, I couldn't ask for anything better. I've been provided with growth opportunities and support so I know that I'm going places within the organization. I have no desire to work elsewhere :)

MERKLE INC: It is a great company to work for, if you can get past the initial test. The employees are warm and friendly, so are the executives. The job falters when it comes to having to deal with irrate customers over the phone and the weird shifts (mine was from 1pm to 9pm- which was my entire day.)

PowerSchool Group LLC: They are constantly trying to make more money, and get more out of employees, without paying them more. It just doesn't work after a certain point.
NuCO2: The work isn't hard but the customers are difficult. But in defense of the customers that company does not set clear expectations are causes a lot of head-butting between the employees and the customers that we have to serve
Procore Technologies: Solid base salary but could use a bonus.
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt: This company helps me alot to develop as a person
