Smartsheet: Pay relative to others in similar roles in the company as well as other companies is low. 10% bonus is very low in tech from what I have researched and the company seems to be no longer giving out stock. Compensation raises is limited to % , treating people as a number.

Our line has not been fully staffed in a very long time. After being injured on the job I was repeatedly harassed by my supervisor and HR.

Cato Corporation : It is slow sometimes but not too slow. All of my co workers are nice and helpful, especially my store manager. Almost all of the customers are nice and were very understanding when I first started working. The cash register training is very ineffective and one day of training is not enough.

GoTo: It's a place with tons of opportunity, where the speed of growth allows you to roll up your sleeves on a daily basis and do career-defining work. It's not without its challenges as we acquire, build and launch new technology, but it's meaningful work.
GoTo: LogMeIn is a great company, I am just not certain of our future. We are not innovating fast enough to keep up with the competition, and are always playing catch up.
