MUSC: MUSC has a VERY bad habit of only looking at what they are paying similar employees and the length of tenure. There is little/no consideration given to the cost of living or quality of work completed. They are great purveyors of the "Peter Principle'.

No support from senior leaders, and my manager has been fighting a fruitless war for years on my behalf. HR and leaders seem to constantly fight us.

They also never address festering issues with bad employees until it blows up and then they go into damage control mode.

We were told to submit 3 months in advance and I did and now they have asked all staff to submit so they can make a decision on who gets it.
