Ever since I started working at Ross in April of 2022 it's been a complete nightmare and the way they run the store from top to bottom is ridiculous. They want you to work like you are getting paid $20 an hour or higher when they are paying you minimum wage.

Co workers are the best part of the culture and environment
What are some of the best things about your team?
Me and my co workers get along very well and we make the best of all the bs we have to deal with on a daily basis. If it was not for my co workers I would have quit already.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have great co workers and some good managers but the way they want the store ran is just too much for a minimum wage paying job, corporate is out of their minds as well with the way they do things.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ross will never be able to be fixed or at least the one I work at in Yuba City, CA. That place is doomed. People treat it like it's a joke and walk out with stuff because they know nothing will happen to them.
