My experience at this company is in short the worst job I've ever been employeed too. The management is on a power trip, talking to their employee's as if they are unable to do the simplest task, rude and overall at times unprepared. You also have to go into the store to receive your work schedule.

I think we need team building exercises to bulid team engagement. Being more kind to one another
