People are nice here. Works are reasonable and lots of training sprovided. When it comes to Covid, I think Samsung did the best among all big companies. Showing all the cares to ensure employee's safety.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I was proud to work at Samsung before. Everything including management, culture were so nice. But after we returned back to office after Pandemic, everything is changed. MBO is making every one of us sick. A lot of unfairness happened. Performance review means nothing or got changed by HR.

Pay MBO bonus fairly. Management not caring about your career path at all.

Work closely with team members. Discuss and work closely to find ways to solve any issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having company events so that we can enjoy the time with coworkers. GWP helps us connect with different teams and coworkers within the same division.

It used to be a great Samsung culture, ever since we return back to office after Pandemic, it's not the same anymore. It's getting worse
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Always at the lower salary range even though getting good score in performance review. New employees may get higher or similar pay than same position who joined earlier.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company is over-hiring. A lot of new employees have no clue what they supposed to do. Not that many workloads for new employees to do especially business is obviously on downside nowadays. Why wasting so much money on hiring extra people while workload is not as much as before? Trainings not enough
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be nice to employees. Appreciate employee's hard work. Cancel this non-sense MBO because we all know the new MBO is just a way for management to control their budget for giving us bonus. You can use sales rev to pay bonus but don't make ppl do a lot of useless works for discounted bonus all the time
