we feel like we are a close knit family. there is no work drama and everyone is super supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
other companies have increased the base pay for all employees by 15~40%. many of our colleagues are leaving SSI for elsewhere because the compensation package is so much better. a lot of recruiters are offering much higher salaries for lower positions. please focus on base pay improvement
