The team I'm on is great; my immediate mgmt is great! The executive/top mgmt is in Korea, and they do NOT give US (non-Korea) teams much respect at all. Even when our team is acknowledged as the expert in the area we're working.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The assumption is the leadership team is defined as part of "top management" (President of SAIT or SSI) - nothing stands out.
