Work-Life-Balance must be improved. Deserving employees need to be recognized and fairly compensated. Management should follow up day-to-day activities for every individual, rather than only for leads. Overall, a a good company, but still some areas to improve.

Pay can be bit better especially given that there are no stocks. Overall, a good company to work in.

Very communicative and responsible. Takes ownership of tasks.

Good onsite amenities and food.

Very hardworking and sometimes goes above and beyond to achieve goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Constantly strives to introduce new initiatives and programs such as MBO revamp
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity inclusion and promotes lot of activities for interacting with various people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No recognition despite providing high quality results and working long hours. We only get additional work owing to the above instead of adequate compensation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Encourage more collaborative environment, provide holidays for mental health (some companies provide Fridays off for this), better compensation and work recognition , conduct more social events.
What makes you most happy at work?
Despite not getting enough recognition or compensation benefits, as an individual I get a sense of accomplishment and feel that I have given a positive contribution after having completed my work. That drives me and keeps me happy at work.
